Picked up the singer from Nolan’s Band, Sunny Side Up! at the airport last night for their Massachusetts mini-tour. Nolan and Aron were being music geeks the whole way home and took turns picking tracks. Michael Jackson was well represented.
Then Aron put on a track by someone named Mia Gladstone. I brought up the dashboard player to see who it was. Aron said, “Do you like this, Mr. Nolan?” Or maybe it was “Mr. Jonathan.” I said it was really cool. After a minute fiddling with his phone, Aron said, “Mia says thanks!”
I looked later, Mia has 6 songs on Spotify with over a million plays. 😅
Olivia Newton-John died yesterday. So here's a playlist of songs from Australian acts. For most of them, I chouldn't have told you they were Australian. Did you know they were? And for all that, apparently Newton-John's first 6 years were in the UK. Goodbye, Sandy.
