What to Expect
We dance for about 40 minutes, but you can arrive or leave anytime.
We meet in person and on Zoom. Everyone stays muted.
Cameras are optional. Dance on or off screen.
Music is fun, uplifting, and PG-13 friendly. Guest DJs welcome!
It's free, friendly, supportive, and open to all ages and abilities.
